The KTG Scholarship

Kriska Transport Group logoThe Kriska Transportation Group (KTG) is honoured to establish an annual scholarship with the OTA Education Foundation. The KTG Scholarship will be awarded each year to a student enrolled in a public Ontario university or college on a full-time basis. While not a requirement, preference will be given to students enrolled in studies that focus on Transportation, Logistics, Business, and/or Human Resources. The KTG Scholarship rewards self-starting students enrolled in 2-to-5-year programs who have a parental connection with Trucking and/or Logistics.

Hard work and a commitment to community have been our blueprint for growing from a single 3-truck company to a group with a fleet of more than 800 trucks, and over 2,000 trailers, flatbeds and intermodal chassis. KTG believes in the young people who wish to follow family and friends in a career in Transportation. We look forward to supporting students who have an interest in the efficient movement of freight.

At all KTG companies, we are dedicated to doing our part in developing and maintaining positive relationships within the communities where we do business. We regularly donate our time, money and equipment to help support several initiatives ranging from children’s programs to medical fundraisers. In conjunction with our customers. KTG and its companies also deliver to several local food banks. Scholarship recipients will also have a demonstrated commitment to community service.

KTG’s motto is “The difference is in our people!” our transportation family consists of knowledgeable, skilled professionals passionate about their role in our economy and society. We’re proud to help ambitious students prepare to join us in the future with their new ideas and talents.
